Exhale Coffee is a UK coffee company that sells organic, speciality grade coffee and tests its beans for mould and mycotoxins. It roasts in small batches in Brixton and Bristol and sells three roasts by post. A 450g bag costs £20 as a one-off, and new customers can get up to 50% off a first order through our referral link. I checked the prices and the offer on Exhale's site on 11 October 2026.
Exhale was started by Kirsty and Al, who moved the business from a climbing centre into a roastery in Brixton as it grew. The company has been a certified B Corp since July 2022 and gives at least 1% of its sales to environmental causes through 1% for the Planet.
The beans are Soil Association certified organic, speciality grade and 100% Arabica. Exhale says it roasts them a little lighter than a typical dark roast to keep more of the polyphenols in, the plant compounds behind most of its health claims.
All three come as whole beans or ground medium or fine, in 225g or 450g bags.
For our verdict on how it tastes and whether the health claims stand up, read our Exhale Coffee review.
The health claims come from Exhale's own testing. Polyphenol levels in your cup also depend on how you brew it, so treat them as a guide to bean quality rather than a medical benefit.
At £20 for 450g, it costs more than supermarket coffee. The subscription brings that down to £18 a bag.
The free trial is a subscription. If you do not want the first 450g bag, cancel within 14 days; Exhale sends a reminder email three days before it bills you.
Exhale sells direct from its own website. The quickest saving is the welcome offer of up to 50% off a first order, which our discount code page explains step by step. Exhale's sustainability page sets out its B Corp, 1% for the Planet and organic certifications.
To brew it, the AeroPress Premium and a hand grinder make a good home setup.

Prices and offers change. Our discount page uses my Exhale referral link, which earns me a reward at no extra cost to you, and brands do not choose what we feature. This page is not medical advice.
