Corbin Shaw Hard Cash Print - £105

Last updated: 26 October 2026

Sold out: the Corbin Shaw Hard Cash print has sold out, and on 26 October 2026 his own shop still listed it as out of stock. His ENGL’ISH’ print is on sale instead, a signed A3 giclée from £100.

Hard Cash is a small framed screen print by Corbin Shaw, the Sheffield-born artist who works in London and is best known for his flags and textiles. It came in an edition of 50, signed and numbered by Shaw. It sold for £105, frame included. His own site describes his work as being about personal and national identity, folklore and masculinity.

What the Hard Cash print was

It is a one-colour screen print, printed in London. In addition, it measures 13 x 18cm (5.1 x 7.1in), so it is closer to a postcard than a poster. It came framed in polished aluminium, which meant it was ready to hang when it arrived.

Because the edition was capped at 50, it was never going to stay in stock for long. Shaw’s shop now offers a notify-when-available button rather than a buy button.

How Shaw sells his prints

Shaw sells his editions through his own online shop. He ships worldwide by Royal Mail Tracked 24, and you can also collect from his East London studio. Each print goes out hand-packed in a weatherproof envelope with a card backing.

All sales are final, so the shop does not take returns, exchanges or refunds. Also, the shop says each price applies on the day and can go up.

What to buy instead

The closest thing still on sale is Shaw’s ENGL’ISH’ print. It is bigger, at A3, and it is an open edition, so it will not sell out the same way. It is also signed, and it starts at £100 unframed.
