Our Place Titanium Always Pan Pro with lid and spatula on a kitchen counter

Our Place Titanium Always Pan Pro

Last updated: 12 October 2026

The Our Place Titanium Always Pan Pro is a deep frying pan with a titanium cooking surface instead of a nonstick coating. It goes in the oven and the dishwasher, and it takes metal utensils. On 12 October 2026 Our Place UK had the 26cm pan on sale from £109, and our referral link takes a further £20 off a first order of £100 or more.

What the Always Pan Pro is

Our Place is the cookware brand behind the original Always Pan. The Titanium Always Pan Pro is its coating-free version, built to fry, sear, sauté and finish dishes in the oven.

Instead of a slippery coating, the titanium interior is pressed with a fine lotus-style pattern. Our Place calls this NoCo nonstick. Because nothing is coated on, the pan is made without PFAS, including PTFE.

What it does

  • Coating-free nonstick: the patterned titanium surface helps food release once it has cooked through.
  • High heat: Our Place rates it as heat safe up to 535°C, or 400°C for the Chrome/Gold finish.
  • Metal utensils: there is no coating to scratch, so tongs and metal spatulas are fine.
  • Dishwasher safe: the rims are fully sealed, so the pan can go in the dishwasher.
  • Every hob: the stainless steel exterior works on induction as well as gas and electric.
  • In the box: the pan, a lid and a spatula that sits in a rest on the handle.

Who the Always Pan Pro suits

  • Cooks who are tired of replacing nonstick pans: there is no coating to wear thin.
  • Anyone avoiding PFAS: the cooking surface is made without forever chemicals.
  • Hob-to-oven cooking: sear a steak, then finish it in a hot oven in the same pan.
  • Induction owners: it works on every hob type.

For a longer test of how it cooks day to day, read our Always Pan Pro review.

The limits

It is not as slippery as a coated pan. Food needs to cook through before it lets go, so there is a short learning curve if you are used to coated pans.

The price is high. Even on sale, the 26cm pan costs more than most coated pans, although the coated ones need replacing sooner.

The Chrome/Gold finish has a lower heat rating, at 400°C rather than 535°C. In addition, Ideal Home's six-month test found that fingerprints and grease marks show, and that a stiff brush helps clear the grooves.

Finally, the sale prices change often. Check the price on the Our Place site before you count on the figures here.
