Every Grubby recipes roundup, in one place
Each month we cook our way through the Grubby menu and write up the dishes we actually re-ordered. This page collects all of those Grubby recipes roundups together, alongside our long-term review, the real cost per plate and the current sign-up offer.
This page contains affiliate or referral links. If you click through and sign up I may earn a commission or referral bonus at no extra cost to you. It does not affect my editorial view. We pay full price for our own weekly box.

Offers move around, so we keep the live code, the current headline figure and the steps to claim it on one page rather than scattering stale numbers across the site.

The monthly roundups cover the food. These four answer the questions people usually ask before they order.
How we do it
How we pick each month's Grubby recipes
We pay full price for a Grubby box most weeks, so every roundup comes from a real kitchen rather than a press pack. That matters, because the dishes that photograph well are not always the ones you go back to. Consequently, the rule is simple: a dish only makes the list if we actually re-ordered it or would happily cook it again.
Beyond that, we try to keep each month balanced. Rich, messy comfort food is easy to write about, so a list can drift that way without anyone noticing. Therefore every edition carries at least one genuinely lighter pick, and we justify it with Grubby's own published figures rather than just calling it healthy. Those figures include how many of your five a day a dish lands, plus the menu tags for high protein, high fibre, low saturated fat and low calorie.
We also list the awkward numbers. If a dish only manages one of your five a day, the roundup says so next to the praise. Balance is the point, and a list where everything scores full marks is not a list, it is an advert. For the wider nutrition picture, the British Dietetic Association's plant-based eating guide is a sensible starting point.
Finally, we check every pick against the live menu before publishing. Grubby rotates dishes constantly, so a roundup that lists something you cannot order is worse than useless. Recipe numbers, cook times and servings all come from the menu on the day of writing.
Grubby recipes FAQs
How often do you add new Grubby recipes?
Monthly. A new edition lands early in the month and goes straight to the top of the list above. June 2026 is the one gap in the run so far, and the July edition says so in its intro. Otherwise every month since May 2026 has an edition.
Can I cook Grubby recipes without ordering a box?
Up to a point, yes. Grubby publishes the full method and ingredient list for every dish on its own site, so you can shop for them yourself. However, the portions are pre-measured in the box, and several dishes lean on things like gochugaru, sweet mustard ketchup or plant-based brioche that are faff to source. In practice, the box is doing the annoying part for you.
Are Grubby recipes all vegan?
Yes, every single one. Grubby is entirely plant-based, so there is no filtering to do and no risk of ordering the wrong thing. That is the main structural difference between it and a mixed-menu box like Mindful Chef.
Which Grubby recipes should I order first?
Start with whatever is tagged Fan Favourite on the menu, since those have the most ratings behind them. Beyond that, the roundups above flag a standout each month. If you want the fastest route in, filter by prep time and pick something ready in 15, because a good first box is one you actually cook rather than one that sits in the fridge.
Is there a current Grubby discount code?
There usually is, and the headline figure changes often. Rather than print a number here that goes stale, we keep the live offer and the steps to claim it on our Grubby offer page. Do check the discount in your checkout summary before you pay, since terms move around.

New customers get free delivery on their first box, and an intro discount runs across the first few. Standard delivery applies to every box after that, so the first one is not a guide to your ongoing bill.
