Loop earplugs are reusable silicone earplugs from a Belgian brand, sold in different versions for sleep, gigs and noisy everyday places. Each pair turns the volume down rather than blocking everything out. On 11 October 2026 the range started at £19.95 for the Loop Quiet 2 on Amazon UK, sold by Loop's own UK store.

Loop is a Belgian brand founded in 2016. Its earplugs are shaped like a small ring that sits in the outer ear, so they look more like jewellery than foam plugs.
The Engage and Experience models use an acoustic channel that lowers volume evenly across frequencies. That keeps music and speech clear but quieter, where foam plugs tend to muffle everything. Each set comes with silicone tips in several sizes and a small carry case.
Prices below are from Loop's UK site and Amazon UK on 11 October 2026. Noise reduction is Loop's own SNR figure.
For how they hold up in daily use, read our Loop earplugs review.
The NHS lists loud noise, including loud music, as a common cause of hearing loss, and it can also bring on tinnitus. A pair of earplugs that keeps the music clear makes you more likely to wear them for the whole set.
The SNR figures come from Loop. Real-world reduction depends on fit, so try each tip size before deciding a pair does not work.
The small ring sticks out of the ear on most models. That is fine on your back, but side sleepers may find anything except the Dream uncomfortable.
Earplugs that lower volume are not a substitute for industrial hearing protection on very loud work sites.
Loop sells direct on its own site, which also has collaboration editions, and through its UK store on Amazon. Prices matched on both when I checked.
Loop Dream on Amazon UK, £44.95
From £19.95 for the Quiet 2 to £54.95 for the Switch 2, on Loop's UK site and Amazon UK on 11 October 2026.
Loop Dream, at 27dB, is the one designed for sleep and for side sleepers in particular.
