Anish Kapoor is the Mumbai-born, London-based sculptor behind Cloud Gate in Chicago and the Orbit tower in east London. Here you will find the Anish Kapoor prints and editions you can buy, where his work is on show now, recent auction results, and our review of his 2026 Hayward Gallery show.

Our take on Anish Kapoor

Kapoor makes objects that play tricks with depth: polished steel mirrors that bend the room, pigment so dense it looks like a hole, and voids you cannot see the back of. Some are huge. Cloud Gate (2004) sits in Chicago’s Millennium Park, and Orbit (2012) still towers over Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in London.

I reviewed his Hayward Gallery survey this summer and gave it 3/5, and I described the late work as “the swansong of someone once at the top of his game”. On his mirrors, Kapoor puts it this way: “Pushed to an extreme degree, the polished surface ceases to be physical.”

So where does that leave a buyer? His sculptures sell for six figures, but Anish Kapoor prints start much lower. The signed Hayward catalogue costs £150, and his Glow poster for Hospital Rooms cost £100 before sales closed on 24 October 2026.
