Rosie Woods is the London-raised muralist who spent a decade painting walls before moving back into the studio with gold botanical paintings. Here you will find our take on her work, where she has shown, and the originals you can buy in London from £800.
Our take on Rosie Woods
Woods made her name with large murals, including walls for the London Mural Festival, Upfest in Bristol and Glastonbury. Her About page describes her current work as “a gradual return to studio practice”, on canvas and linen, in spray paint and brush.
The turn came with a London mural. “My first ‘gold’ mural and probably one of my best!” she wrote of her Old Street wall in 2024. Her BSMT show followed it: “a deep dive into my painty explorations in ‘gold’ after an incredible response to my Old Street mural.”
If you want one, BSMT Gallery in Dalston still has originals from her Digital Detox show, from £800 to £4,000. There are no prints yet.
