The Beats 360 headphones are Beats' over-ear noise-cancelling headphones with ear and headband cushions you can swap out. They are also the first Beats over-ears rated IPX4 for sweat and rain, and the battery lasts up to 32 hours with noise cancelling on. Beats sells them for £299.95, and on 5 October 2026 Amazon UK had the Pink pair at £299, sold by Amazon.

What the Beats 360 headphones are

Beats announced the 360 on 22 September 2026. Beats measures them against its own Beats Studio Pro, and they are built for the gym and the commute as much as the sofa.

The headline feature is the cushions. Both ear cushions and the headband pad come off, so you can put a fresh set on after a workout or change the colour. The headphones come in Black, Cloud, Pink and Sky, each with matching Performance Knit cushions in the box.

Extra Cushion Kits come in Performance Knit and a smoother material Beats calls UltraPlush, at £49.95 a kit. When we checked, Beats was adding a kit for £9.95 if you bought it with the headphones, as an introductory offer. So if you want a second set, buy it from Beats at the same time.

What they do

  • Noise cancelling: eight microphones work on outside noise, and Beats says the 360 cancel up to 1.75 times as much in total as the Beats Studio Pro. Transparency mode lets outside sound in when you need it.
  • Sound: each driver has a three-layer diaphragm and two neodymium magnets. Adaptive EQ (the automatic equaliser) adjusts the sound to your fit, and Personalised Spatial Audio follows your head movements.
  • Sweat and rain: IPX4 covers sweat and splashes. That makes them safe for a run in the rain, though not for swimming.
  • Battery: up to 32 hours with noise cancelling and spatial audio on. Meanwhile, a 5-minute charge gives up to an hour of listening.
  • Fit: the arms are telescoping stainless steel, each ear cup rotates on its own, and the whole thing folds flat into its case.
  • iPhone and Android: on an iPhone you get one-touch pairing, automatic switching between Apple devices, Find My and hands-free Siri. On Android you get Fast Pair and Google's Find Hub instead.

Who the Beats 360 suit

  • Gym regulars and runners: the IPX4 rating covers sweat, and you can swap the cushions for a fresh set after a session.

  • Anyone who likes colour: four frame colours plus extra cushion kits let you mix the look.

The limits

There is no charging cable or plug in the box. You need your own USB-C cable to charge them.

Four features only work on an iPhone. Automatic switching, Audio Sharing, Find My and hands-free Siri need Apple devices, so Android owners get a shorter list.

The swappable cushions are the selling point, but extra kits cost £49.95 each outside the launch offer. Two spare sets cost a third as much again as the headphones.

IPX4 covers sweat and rain, not swimming or the shower.

Where to buy them in the UK

Amazon UK sells all four colours at £299, sold and dispatched by Amazon, against £299.95 direct. The full specification is on the Beats UK product page.
