The LOOW merino long sleeve is a thin, long-sleeved T-shirt knitted in Denmark from 100% merino wool. LOOW calls the fabric 135, its lightest weight, so it feels airy and lets heat escape. The women's W-135 Longsleeve costs £80, and the men's T-OLS 135 is down to £56 in LOOW's outlet, in a handful of sizes.
LOOW is a Danish clothing brand founded in 2015 by Anders Lorentzen. It makes clothing mainly from merino wool, and its designs borrow ideas from Danish army kit, according to its profile on The Hub.
Of its long sleeves, this is the lightest in the range. For example, it works as a base layer under a shirt, a jumper or a rain jacket, or on its own on a mild day.
LOOW chose pure merino for this model because of its softness and the way it regulates temperature. In addition, the 135 fabric is deliberately thin, so it feels airy and lets excess heat escape, even when your activity level changes.
Also, the wool stretches, so the top moves with you. As a result, LOOW pitches it for everyday wear, travel and yoga.

However, the thin fabric wears out faster. LOOW says the 135 material can develop holes more easily than its thicker fabrics, and it suggests the 220 weight if you want something more durable and warmer.
Meanwhile, the men's version is hard to get. The full-price T-OLS 135 Longsleeve was sold out on 22 October 2026, and the outlet only had extra small and two of the largest sizes.
Finally, £80 is a lot for a T-shirt. You are paying for pure merino knitted in Denmark.
LOOW sells direct from its own shop, and it shows prices in pounds for UK buyers. Right now, the women's W-135 Longsleeve is in stock in most sizes, and the men's T-OLS 135 is in the outlet while sizes last. However, I struggled to find LOOW on Amazon UK.
£80 for the women's W-135 Longsleeve. By contrast, the men's T-OLS 135 is £56 in the outlet, in limited sizes.
In Denmark. LOOW knits its 135 merino fabric there, and the brand is also based there.
It is less durable than LOOW's heavier tops. Because 135 is the brand's thinnest fabric, LOOW says it can get holes more easily, so choose the 220 weight if durability matters more.
Yes. Both 135 long sleeves are pure merino wool, with no synthetic fibres listed.
I checked the prices and stock at LOOW on 22 October 2026.
