The RENPHO neck massager is a U-shaped shiatsu massager that sits over your shoulders, with eight kneading nodes that warm up and work into the neck, shoulders or lower back. You hold it in place with two hand straps and choose from three intensity levels. On 4 October 2026 it cost £35.99 on Amazon UK, sold by Amazon, with 4.3 out of 5 from 68,105 ratings.

Inside the padded wrap are eight massage nodes on rotating heads. They turn in circles and also shift about half a centimetre from side to side, which RENPHO calls 4D kneading. You can set them to turn one way or both ways.
The nodes heat up when you switch on the warmth, so the pressure and the heat land in the same place. There are three intensity levels, and a 15-minute timer switches the massager off on its own. It also has overheat protection.
You drape it over your neck and pull down on the two 48cm straps to press the nodes in harder. Because it is a wrap rather than a collar, you can also hold it against your lower back, your thighs or your calves.
It runs from the mains through a 2.5m cable, and the box also includes a car charger. That makes it easy to use on the sofa, at a desk or as a passenger on a long drive. RENPHO puts the noise at no more than 55 decibels.
The cover is PU leather with a breathable mesh panel, so you can wipe it clean.

It is corded. Unlike wearable neck massagers with a battery, you have to stay within 2.5m of a socket, or in a car.
You need your hands to hold it in place. With your arms through the straps, it is hard to read or type at the same time.
If you are new to shiatsu massagers, start on the lowest of the three levels and work up.
A massager eases stiffness but does not treat an injury. The NHS advice on neck pain and a stiff neck is to see a GP if the pain does not go away after a few weeks, or if you get pins and needles or a cold arm.
In October 2026 the Breo iNeck3 Pro had no seller offering it directly on Amazon UK, at a listed £149.99. The RENPHO neck massager is a corded alternative at under a quarter of that price, sold and delivered by Amazon itself.
Amazon UK sold it for £35.99, dispatched by Amazon, with delivery and returns handled by Amazon.
