The Sonos Ace headphones are Sonos's first over-ear headphones, launched in 2024, with noise cancelling, spatial audio and up to 30 hours of battery. Their party trick is TV Audio Swap, which moves the sound from a Sonos soundbar into the headphones at the press of a button. They cost £349 from Sonos and on Amazon UK, in Black or Soft White. I checked the prices and stock on 12 October 2026.

Sonos made its name with wireless speakers, and the Ace was its first pair of headphones. They connect over Bluetooth 5.4 to a phone or laptop like any other wireless pair. They also link over wifi to a Sonos home cinema soundbar.
Sonos now also sells the Ace Ultra at £399, and T3 found its main upgrade is stronger noise cancelling. The original Ace stays on sale at £349, so it is now the cheaper of the two.
They suit people who already have a compatible Sonos soundbar and want to watch films late at night without waking the house. Two pairs can share the same TV sound, which helps couples. They also suit anyone who prefers real buttons to touch controls.
Our Sonos Ace review covers how they sound and feel after real use.
Without a Sonos soundbar, the TV Audio Swap and TrueCinema features do nothing, and you are paying for features you cannot use. In that case our noise-cancelling headphones guide compares other pairs.
A power adapter is not in the box, so you need your own USB-C charger.
The new Ace Ultra has stronger noise cancelling for £50 more. If blocking out a commute matters most, compare the two before you buy.
Amazon UK sells both colours at £349, dispatched and sold by Amazon. Sonos charges the same, with free delivery and 30-day returns, and its Sonos Ace product page has the full specification. You can also buy the Soft White Sonos Ace on Amazon UK.
Sonos sells refurbished pairs for £279. For other refurbished audio, our Back Market discount code page covers its current discount code.
