How to use the Franco Manca app promo code

1. Download the Franco Manca app from the App Store or Google Play, or open the web app at fmapp.francomanca.co.uk.
2. Register an account and enter E2E596 as your invitation code.
3. Buy your first pizza, either at a table or through Order and Collect.
4. Your bonus stamp lands on your loyalty card once that first pizza is bought.

You need to be 16 or over to use the app.

How the stamps work

For every six stamps, Franco Manca gives you a free main course pizza. The free pizza loads onto your account automatically and stays there for 12 months.

When you eat in, you check in to your table with the QR code on your receipt. Each person at the table checks in separately, and each gets a maximum of one stamp per pizza or main salad.

Takeaway and delivery count too. Order and Collect adds the stamp automatically. For Uber Eats and Deliveroo orders, you type the code from your receipt into the "add takeaway stamp" section of the app, with one stamp per order.

Redeeming your free pizza

At a table, check in as normal, order, then open "your table" and choose "rewards" before you ask for the bill. For takeaway, open "Your rewards", tap Redeem and show the code to your server when you collect.

The free pizza cannot be used with any other offer, and extra toppings are charged. On Order and Collect you can only redeem one reward per order.

Student stamps

Students need four stamps for a free pizza instead of six. To switch it on, show your student ID or add a UNiDAYS code in the app. With the download stamp, the promo code stamp and the stamp for the first pizza, a student has three of the four stamps after one visit.

Invite your own friends

Once you are in, you get your own invitation code. When a friend registers with it and buys their first pizza, you both get an extra stamp. As the referrer, you also get a free drink on your next visit. In Scotland and Wales, the referrer gets a free dessert instead, because the free drink is not valid there.

To add a free drink or dessert to the table, you need to buy one main pizza for each reward you redeem.

The app's problems

The Franco Manca app rates 1.4 out of 5 from 14 ratings on the UK App Store. Reviewers on the listing report login failures and a password reset screen that will not accept an email address, which left one reviewer unable to claim a free pizza after six stamps. So set a password you will remember, and check the stamps are showing after each visit rather than at the end.
