Our GAIL's promo code is RF4ZQDHA. Enter it when you create your account in the free GAIL's Bakery app, and you get a free barista-made drink or a loaf of bread with your first paid order. The voucher lasts two months from the day it lands in the app.
The code only works at sign-up, so it cannot be added to an account you already have. The free item goes on your first order alongside something you pay for, and it cannot be redeemed on GAIL's website.
Terms checked against GAIL's loyalty terms and help centre on 5 October 2026.

If the voucher has not appeared, GAIL's Customer Experience Team can check it for you. They will ask for your loyalty ID, which sits in the app.
You choose one barista-made drink or one loaf. The drinks list covers coffee, tea, hot chocolate, matcha, chai and iced drinks. However, pre-packaged drinks, extra shots and whipped cream are excluded, so a bottled juice from the fridge will not count.
The welcome voucher cannot be combined with any other offer on the same order. Also, once it expires after two months, GAIL's will not reinstate it, so use it on your next bakery visit rather than saving it.
After the welcome voucher, the app keeps paying back through stamps. You get one stamp for every transaction in a bakery, online or in the app, and an extra stamp when you spend more than £20 in one go. After nine stamps, the card resets and you get a voucher for a barista-made drink or a loaf.
In a bakery, you scan the QR code on the app's home screen at the till. GAIL's says stamps can take up to 15 minutes to show. Meanwhile, online and app orders add the stamp automatically.
The GAIL's Bakery app also handles same-day Click and Collect. You pick a bakery, order and pay in the app, then skip the queue when you arrive.
The app is free on the UK App Store, where it rates 4.2 out of 5 from about 1,700 ratings. It is also on Google Play. The iPhone version needs iOS 15.6 or later.
Once you are signed up, your own referral code sits in the Rewards section. When a friend joins with it and makes a purchase, you get a free loaf voucher within four hours. You can refer up to five friends a calendar month, but only one loaf voucher lands per day. The 2kg loaves are excluded, and the voucher works in GAIL's bakeries only, for two months.
GAIL's can change the scheme, so the terms in the app on the day you sign up are the ones that apply.
