What this page is. A factual reference for the Structured daily planner, the visual day-planning app made by unorderly GmbH in Germany. It sets out exactly what the free tier includes, what Structured Pro adds on top, current UK pricing checked against the live App Store and Google Play listings on 22 August 2026, every platform the app runs on, and the accessibility work that made it a 2026 Apple Design Award finalist for Inclusivity.
For our opinion, our honest criticisms and a Cool Factor score, read the Structured app review instead. This page carries no affiliate or referral links, because Structured does not run a referral scheme.
Structured replaces the tick-box list with a single vertical timeline. You give each task a start time and a duration, and the app draws your whole day as one column you can read at a glance. Calendar events, reminders and your own tasks all sit on the same line, in order.
Because everything is anchored to a time rather than a list position, the app shows you whether the day you have planned actually fits into the day you have. Gaps appear as real space. Overcommitment shows up before it becomes a problem rather than afterwards.
Worth knowing before you buy: recurring tasks are a Pro feature, so a free account cannot repeat a task. Replan and calendar import are iOS only.
Prices below were read from the live UK store listings on 22 August 2026. Subscription pricing changes, so check in the app before paying.
The developer publishes reference prices of US$6.99 monthly, US$29.99 yearly and US$99.99 lifetime, and states that regional pricing varies.
Apple named Structured a finalist in the Inclusivity category at the 2026 Apple Design Awards. Apple's citation reads: "Visually sharp and easy to scan, this SwiftUI-built daily planner prioritizes downtime as much as productivity."
All of the accessibility features sit in the free tier rather than behind Pro. unorderly also runs a Structured Scholarship, which gives a free year of Pro to anyone who cannot afford the subscription; you apply through a form and receive a code redeemable once on Structured Web.
Free to download on both stores, with Structured Pro sold as an in-app purchase.
