What the Structured daily planner does

Structured swaps a to-do list for a timeline. You give each task a start time and a length, and the app draws the whole day as one column you can read top to bottom. With Pro, your calendar events and reminders sit on the same line too, in time order.

Because every task takes up real space on the line, you can see whether your plan fits into the hours you actually have. If it does not, you find out in the morning rather than at 6pm.

What you get in the free tier

• The timeline, plus all-day tasks and an inbox for tasks you have not scheduled yet
• Subtasks, notes, colour coding, icons, drag and drop and task duplication
• Notifications and alerts on iPhone and Android
• Widgets, the energy monitor and extra timeline views on iPhone and iPad
• Sync across iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch through Structured Cloud
• Accessibility settings, including font size and layout options

What Structured Pro adds

• Recurring tasks, so a routine repeats without being typed in again
• Calendar import, which pulls your existing calendar onto the timeline, plus Reminders import on iPhone
• Replan (iPhone only), which moves anything you missed into the time you have left
• Structured AI (iPhone only), which drafts or rearranges your schedule from a request typed in ordinary words
• Custom notifications, a custom colour palette and premium icons

Recurring tasks are Pro only, so on the free tier a daily habit has to be added again each day.

Structured Pro pricing in the UK

These are the UK App Store prices. Pro is an in-app purchase, so the app shows the current price before you pay.

• Lifetime: £59.99 once

The App Store listing also shows a £2.99 monthly and a £9.99 yearly item. Google Play sells Pro as an in-app purchase too and shows its price inside the app. The yearly plan costs about the same as three months on the monthly plan, so if you keep using it past three months, yearly works out cheaper. Lifetime pays for itself against yearly in a little over three years.

Platforms and requirements

• iPhone and iPad: iOS 18 or later, version 4.6.4 at the time of checking
• Mac and Apple Watch: included, with the same Structured Cloud sync
• Android: available on Google Play, without Replan or Reminders import
• Web: a browser app, which is how Windows and Linux users get in, without Structured AI, Replan or custom notifications
• Languages: 28 on the App Store

Accessibility and the Apple Design Award

Apple named Structured a finalist in the Inclusivity category of the 2026 Apple Design Awards. Its citation reads: "Visually sharp and easy to scan, this SwiftUI-built daily planner prioritizes downtime as much as productivity."

The accessibility settings are in the free tier. unorderly also runs a Structured Scholarship, which gives a free year of Pro to people who cannot afford the subscription. You apply through a form and get a code to redeem on Structured Web.

Is Structured available on Windows?

Through the browser. There is no Windows app, but Structured Web covers the timeline and everyday planning.

Does Structured replace my calendar?

No. With Pro, calendar import shows your existing events on the timeline. Your events stay in the calendar app you already use.

Does Structured have AI features?

Yes, on iPhone with Pro. Structured AI drafts or rearranges a day's schedule from a typed request. It is not available on Android or the web app.
