The Shop app by Shopify pulls the orders you place with online shops into one list and shows each parcel on a map as it travels to you. It also holds your Shop Pay wallet, so you can check out at stores that use Shopify without typing in your card and address again.
It is free on iPhone, Android and the web. On iPhone it needs iOS 16 or later, according to the UK App Store listing checked on 5 October 2026.
If you connect your email, the app scans your inbox for order confirmations and adds them for you. That part is optional.

Most people shopping online end up with a dozen shipping emails from a dozen stores. Shop collects every order in one feed, with the latest status and a map of where the parcel is now. You get a notification when it moves, and again when it arrives.
Orders from stores built on Shopify appear on their own once you check out with the same email address. For other stores, you can let the app read your email for order details, or add a tracking number by hand.
Shop Pay is Shopify's saved checkout. Your payment details, delivery address and preferences sit in a Shop Pay wallet, so buying from a store that offers Shop Pay takes a tap rather than a form. Every cart you start at a Shopify store is also saved in the app, so you can finish the order later.
Some purchases earn Shop Cash, a reward you can spend at other stores in the app. It only comes from eligible purchases at stores that take part, so check the product page before you count on it.
You can browse big brands and small independent shops that sell through Shopify, follow the ones you like, and get alerts about offers, price drops, restocks and new products. Items can be saved into collections for later. All of these alerts can be switched off in the app's settings if the notifications get too much.
Shop Pay only works at stores that offer it, which mostly means shops built on Shopify. Big UK retailers on their own platforms, and Amazon, will not accept it at checkout. Tracking for those orders depends on the app reading your emails, and some confirmations come through without a usable tracking number. Giving any app access to your inbox is a privacy trade-off, so read Shop's data and privacy settings before you connect it.
