Get £5 off your first 2 Uber Eats orders
I'm an Uber Eats customer and this is my own referral code. If you use it and place an order, I get £5 off one of my own orders at no cost to you. Uber doesn't choose what I write about it.
What the Uber Eats promo code gets you
- £5 off 2 orders: £5 comes off each of your first 2 delivery orders, so £10 in total.
- £15 minimum order: each order has to reach £15 for the discount to apply.
- Delivery orders only: pickup orders don't count, and the app says exceptions apply.
- Some merchants excluded: a few restaurants and shops don't take the code.
- 14 days to use it: the app said the offer is valid for 14 days.
For example, an £18 basket qualifies, while a £12 one doesn't. Delivery and service fees are separate from the food total.
How to use the Uber Eats promo code
- Step 1: open the link. It opens Uber Eats with the code ready to apply.
- Step 2: sign up or log in. The code only works on an account that is new to Uber Eats.
- Step 3: build a delivery order over £15. Check the restaurant or shop isn't excluded.
- Step 4: check the basket. The £5 discount shows before you pay. If it doesn't, add eats-uberfirst_ride_free under promotions at checkout.
Who can use it
The code is for people who are new to Uber Eats. Uber's UK Eats promotion terms say a new-user code can only be redeemed by new users of the Uber Eats app on their first order or orders.
So, if you have ordered on Uber Eats before, the code won't work.
The limits
Because of the £15 minimum, a small order won't qualify. In addition, delivery and service fees can apply, so check the total in the basket before you pay.
Uber's terms also say codes can't be combined with other promotion codes, although some can be used alongside Uber One discounts. The offer is set by Uber and can change or end, so the app shows the current version at checkout.
What the person who shared the code gets
The code belongs to an existing customer. When a new customer completes a delivery order with it, the person who shared it gets £5 off their next order, with the same £15 minimum and a 7-day window. On 7 October 2026 the app said each customer can refer up to 50 friends.
Once you have ordered, the app gives you your own code to share in the same way.
Get cashback on Uber with gift cards
